Previously… No love for Odin! No love. Bad Odin! No, wait… sad Odin!
Currently… The love is… well, there’s something there. It’s emotional. Yeah, emotional. Let’s go with that.

Poor Odin!
hod has quite the vocabulary! =P how much of that notebook has his writing taken up?
His writing takes up lots of notebooks… this current one is pretty full though (mostly full of painful words). ^_^
I notice Hod is left handed, as are most creative people. Clearly a left brain thinker.
Excuse me, RIGHT brain thinker.
lol, my first thoughts too. As a lefty myself, I always seem to pick that out quickly.
Yes… we lefties are in our right minds
I’m a lefty too!
Yay for Hod being a lefty!!
I love the moment where Hod says he’ll leave. there is something very real there.
Seth has always been great at capturing little moments like that.
Yep…you can tell how much Hod…loved…the last bit with OE & Hel…sooo much…inspiration… and that little smile of his…ooohh…shuddering…
Hmmm, unless I missed the invention of Norse Braille somewhere in the previous 361 episodes, I find myself wondering how Hod’s going to be reading those notes at a later date…
Or perhaps that’s how/why carved runes were invented?
Not the first time that question has been asked.

Hah, look at that. I do pay attention after all.
That was a common question (as pointed out by Sobolan, we even picked on it in one of Hod’s comics). Essentially, he reads by touch… since everything is hand-written he can feel the impressions left on the page from the writing. As we’ve pointed out in some of the comics, his other senses are really acute.
OK, my bad. I have read all of the main comic but certainly not all of the surrounding comments. Clearly I’ve missed a few of Hod’s as well. On reflectioin, is does seem a rather obvious question not to have been asked before…
Hey, but at least I wasn’t too far off the mark with the Norse Braille/carved rune line of thinking!
Nitpick of the Day: Odin’s eyepatch’s strap mysteriously vanishes in panel four. I suspect foul play.
Are you trying for another no-prize? If so, you not only have to point it out, but also say how it is *not* an error.
So when do we get to meet king Oedipus? I’m just curious. I know he’s not part of the Norse pantheon, but it seems like he’s Hod’s best friend right now. Or at least a (more?) corrupted version of him is.
That would require a visit to the Elysium Fields or, more likely, Tartarus. He would have died about 1500 years before this since he is a part of Greco-Roman mythology. Of course, he could always try to get permission from Hades/Pluto.
